THE EVENT: RASBJ invites you to join in celebrating the Coronation of King Charles III, by viewing the Coronation Service and associated Processions and ceremonies streamed live onto a large screen at the Courtyard Institute in Beijing, with copious refreshments, including Coronation Quiche, before and after the Service.

WHEN: Saturday May 6, 5.30PM--8.30PM Beijing time. The Coronation Service will start at 6.00 PM, preceded and followed by Processions and other Ceremonies.

WHERE: The Courtyard Institute, 28 ZhongLao Hutong, Dongcheng district, Beijing

(On Didi and GPS search: Sihe College, 28 Zhonglao Hutong. Parking is impossible.)

HOW MUCH: Admission is RMB 300 for members and RMB 400 for non-members, which includes abundant canapes and two glasses of wine, beer or soft drinks.

HOW TO JOIN THE EVENT: Please click "Register" or "I Will Attend", no later than 6 PM Thursday May 4, and follow the instructions. After successful registration you will receive a confirmation email. If you seem not to have received it, please check your spam folder. Numbers will be limited; places will be allocated in order of receipt of payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Attendees are asked to arrive no later than 5.45PM, dressed as you feel comfortable. There will be no external photography or recording. Attendees are asked to refrain from taking photographs or video after 5.55 PM.

Please also note that photographs of faces /names/ comments/statements of individuals should not be posted or circulated publicly without the individual's explicit permission.

REFUND POLICY: Cancellations will be refunded only if made by 4pm Thursday May 4.
